An image from the disaster relief trip I'm on to Baton Rouge following massive flooding in the area. Over 100,000 homes have been impacted by flood waters with many thousands of residents currently living in shelters.
Our team is preparing meals to be distributed by the Red Cross. We are running about 14,000 meals a day, evenly split between lunch and supper. Our day starts at about 4:00 a.m. and ends around 5:00 p.m.
