A pretty young woman sits in the basket of a prop balloon that has been printed into the sky over a race track grandstand at the Nebraska State Fair.
At the local antique show last month I wanted to buy this card but Jack (Mr. Condition) did not want it because there were some cracks in the surface. When I admired it again today the dealer took pity on me and gave me a 50%+ discount.
The "basket" is decorated with pennants that read "Nebraska" and "State Fair". She holds a cane with a pennant reading "State Fair Lincoln". It "floats" over a fair ground grandstand.
