What a cutie! Not sure of the breed, a terrier maybe, but he must have been a very steady little fellow to stay still in that position for the exposure. The photographer is Hartsook of Marian, Indiana. The mount is very professional but the edge of the background fabric tacked to the wall looks a bit amateurish.
