With my daughter on the way to catch fall in full bloom we get on the west side of Eisenhower Tunnel n on the down side there's 2 runaway ramps. I'd seen a sign that read occupied n at the 2nd one their it was. Told my daughter to ask her brother what $$ was involved with this. $5000.00 just to make this call n driver pays $2000.00 but I'll have to ask is that $2000. part of $5000. or on top of that.
