Apartment building

Downtown Norfolk has undergone some major improvements over the past few years. When I first moved to the area many downtown buildings were abandoned or in disrepair. Today, downtown Norfolk is boomtown. The building pictured here is one of the success stories. Located on York Avenue, just a three years ago this place looked like squatters were living in it. The building was gutted, given a facelift and today is fully occupied.
