The oldest picture is April 2 but I actually started in February. As of 7/30/2018 I'm down to 18% body fat at 200.6 lbs. I accomplished this by introducing a Ketogenic diet, and once I hit a plateau in fat loss, I combined it with intermittent Fasting. with an 8 hour feeding window. MCT oil with a cup of coffee with heavy whipping cream about an hour before workout to break my fast. I try to keep protein at around 25% of my macros and healthy fat like Avocado, Coconut Oil, Olive Oils making up 60% of my macros. 28lbs of fat lost since April 20, 2018.
