Keto english muffin. 1 egg white, 4tbsp almond flour, 1 table spoon ghee or butter, pinch of sea salt. 1/2 tsp baking powder. Melt butter in a mug. Mix ingredients and let thicken a minute. Cook 90 seconds in microwave. Then put in toaster to crisp.
