Update on Holbein sketch
Quite some time ago I posted this sketch by Hans Holbein the Younger which is asserted to be Margaret Grey, née Wotton, marchioness of Dorset. Better image:

In short, Margaret was the mother of Henry Grey, duke of Suffolk and thus the grandmother of Lady Jane Grey. She was also godmother to Elizabeth I.
Recently Dr John Stephan Edwards, an expert on Jane Grey, has suggested on his site that the sitter may actually be Margaret’s daughter-in-law, Frances Grey, née Brandon. Frances was the granddaughter of Henry VII, niece of Henry VIII, and mother of Jane Grey. His arguments can be read here:

Along with pointing out that the sitter is too youthful to be Margaret – who was in her mid forties when this sketch was made – Edwards also argues that John Cheke, who assigned identifications to the Holbein sketches, knew Frances well and would have identified her as the marchioness of Dorset. A very interesting theory which deserves attention though it is often stated that the lady in the sketch is holding a walking stick (the top of which can be seen in the right hand side). Why the young Frances would need such assistance is questionable.
There is also another Holbein sketch that may represent Frances:
