After Race Wrenching

One of the thankless jobs in sport. A lone Mechanic on the winning car of Brad Kuhn begins a post race tear down of the motor. This is a process that will probably take him roughly an hour to complete, then load the car into the race hauler, make a stop at a local car wash, unload and wash the car, then reload and drive the hauler home, or in the case of the traveling teams, like the subject of the photo above, several hundred miles to the next race location.
