Filet Of Sole

My soul, that is - I spent 13 hours at various locations on the coast today, and found every critter I was looking for. Too bad the weatherman lied to me and I had major overcast almost all day! This fish appears to be a Sole or some other kind of flatfish, if so, it's a long way from the sea.
