Stamped HA Magical BG with white on blue flocked paper. Then used the hot air balloon stamp set that I got with a magazine (with brown ink). Added a silver stone on the big balloon that I stamped on patterned paper, and used dimensional magic over that. Finally I put it on a gray glittery bg paper.
