Archives of Geek: Geek has a moment
Geek may now be in silicon heaven, but I have uncovered a stash of old photos left behind by his brothers when they fled the country after their accidental slaying of Geek.
These photos give an unprecedented level of access into Geek's world. Most of them are frankly too embarassing to share (I think Geek should keep hold of a tiny bit of dignity) but some may see the light of day.
This photo is dated on the back at 23rd December 2002. Geek had summoned the bravery to attend his parent's special Christmas dinner party.
All was going well until he mistakenly picked up his Auntie Flo's Pimms and lemonade. One sip and BAM! - poor Geek was so pissed his nose bled and he saw stars. Seeing birds was the least of his worries. He had one moment of beautiful drunken freedom from himself before the alcohol caused his nerve endings to shut down and he slumped head-first into his spinach and cheddar pie.
It took Geek three weeks to learn how to walk again, and his eyes never quite went back down to normal size.
