// 52_Sixty-two // The continuing story of Geek pt. 5 - www.iheartgeeks.com

Geek was fed up. He needed a lady in his life that wasn't his mum.

Someone who understood that Dungeons & Dragons IS important. That original generation one Transformer toys [mint in the box] ARE cool. That ordering CDs and DVDs in ascending chronological order of the date they were bought is the ONLY way to order CDs and DVDs.

While Geek was surfing the net at 2am one Wednesday night he stumbled across www.iheartgeeks.com

www.iheartgeeks.com promised that even the most geeky Poindexter could find their perfect match.

All they had to do was enter their information to the site.

And send in a photo.

Optimistic, Geek donned his best gladrags:

> His best shoes.

> His cleanest safari shorts [un-ironed].

> His coolest bum-bag [to make him appear organised].

> His most ill-fitting shirt [to make his weedy frame seem bigger].

> His most excellently striped tie [stripes go with anything right?]

> His brand new wicked awesome cool spectacles.

> And last but not least his most winning smile.

Poor Geek misunderstood the website's recommendation to go for a smart/casual look.

Strobist info: SB600 to camera left at full power bounced off the ceiling, flagged on the curtain side to prevent too much light spill on the curtains. Silver paper propped up at an angle on the floor in the vain hope of providing some reflected light on the bottom half of Geek. ISO: 100, Shutter 1/200, Aperture: f6.3. Fired using Nikon CLS.

How could any girl refuse?
