The year is 2099. Scientists thought they had perfected the cloning technique and the technology was mass produced and sold cheaply to millions around the world.
After many years of re-cloning imperfections became apparent, clones began to develop disturbing personality traits and cranial deformations as the cloning process added mass to their brains. This in turn increased the clones capacity to retain knowledge, improved their reflexes and increased their strength and they swiftly over-ran their once masters, now relegated to lesser beings.
Only a few 'Originals', as we now call ourselves, escaped capture. We all once used the very same cloning technology to re-create ourselves for reasons of ego, lifestyle and longevity.
We few free Originals now fight against the Clones in the hope that one day we might free the planet from our own folly.
