// 52_One // Now I have time to enjoy this . . .
I've been really lazy this week, my D50 hasn't even made it out of it's case since Saturday. Good to have a break though.
Been trying to keep up with everyone and failing so I'm dedicating tonight to catching up. I made damn sure I checked in for Brad's final 365 shot though, so well done mate for making it through!
I can see why people say this 52 Weeks thing is more difficult than a 365 by the way, the main reason I haven't used the camera this week is cos I've had no ideas - I think when you're doing a 365 your brain focuses itself and you end up being able to pull something out of the bag - soon as the daily chain of events that leads up to you posting your 365 is gone the brain becomes creatively out of shape and flabby.
Having said that, I really enjoyed taking this shot tonight and I really like how it's turned out. I spent a whole year obsessing about the quality of my photos and I feel like I'm past that now. Ha, wait till next week when I'm rantin' on about how crap I am!
The latest baby news is that Ralph (working title) is hangin' on in there. 6 days to go till the due date . . .
Strobist info: SB600 to camera right at full power. Flash angled downwards and snooted.
