Ah, relax - it's not half as bad as this shot suggests. Just a bit of a crap day at work.
I'm feeling strangely deflated and unmotivated at work recently, but I couldn't point to anything in particular as a reason why.
At times today I wanted to stick my fingers in my ears and shut my eyes and for everything just to bugger off for a bit. Hence this shot.
But it's not like I'm depressed or anything, and I nearly didn't post this shot because it's a bit too serious and intense for a "bit of a crap day" shot.
Unfortunately the only other contender was a little too lighthearted, not as sharp and didn't get the message across quite as well as this one did.
So don't think that I'm wallowing in pity or nowt, or have disappeared up my own pretentious ass . . . this photo just had a bit more going for it than the rest. And it was the first shot I took! Bam! Done. Apart from the thirty others I took . . .
