OK, I know it's not the greatest shot for the purists: horrible overexposure in the windows, blurry in places, bad framing etc but . . . I still like it!
This was the idea I mentioned yesterday to wrap up my five day Clone miniseries.
For all its flaws I'm happy how it turned out and I've enjoyed my clone miniseries. I'm also glad to be finishing it though because I had some good advice from Disco~Stu a couple of days ago and I want to try it out. Plus it means I'll hopefully spend less time processing multiple me's!
I'm gutted you can hardly see the drummer me because I bashed my finger on one of the drums while flailing around, it really hurt and then I went and stood right in front of the drums for the singer me, obscuring most of the drummer me (apart from one of my arms). Damn singers!
As you can probably tell we had a band rehearsal today, and the guys very kindly let me loose on their instruments during a break to take the shots I needed. And bless their hearts they didn't laugh or take the piss once!
Rehearsals went really well, we drew up our setlist for the next gig and went through it from start to finish. It sounded pretty good too I think and I'm looking forward to the gig now, it'll be good to see how the new songs go down with the punters.
We had tea at our mates Dave and Sarah's house tonight. Dave's the drummer in the band (and a damn fine one at that), we had shepherds pie - it was great!
I must just apologise to Wayne, our lead guitarist, whose amp I couldn't fit into the shot - sorry mate! But it did make it easier for me as I only had four clones to worry about. I'll also apologise for wearing the same clothes two days in a row. What can I say? I'm a bloke, that's what we do! At least I changed my underpants.
Oh, and I should probably apologise for today's title too . . .
