Sooperman!!

More experimenting with lighting tonight - my original idea was to do a bed shot with me cloned . . . it's safe to say that didn't turn out right at all.

 

Instead I've tried to do a self portrait that isn't me in the left corner gurning seriously at the camera with hands in pockets trying to look cool . . . well, one out of three ain't bad. Actually it's only 33.3333333333333 etc percent but at least the hands are out of the pockets. Maybe tomorrow I'll smile, or stand over the other side or maybe I could go really left-field and take a macro of my nostrils or something.

 

I've got ideas but I've also got a plan and I want to save the ideas for the plan on the off chance that I actually follow through one of my big ideas for a change.

 

As for this shot - meh. I don't think much of it peronally, I don't like the way I've lit it - there were two reasons I posted it:

 

1) It's good to be able to refer back to it and remind oneself how not to do it

 

2) The Superman t-shirt!
