Monday Morning Mirror

Cloning effort #5:

 

You know how the weekend seems like a dim and distant memory when you wake up Monday morning and have to drag your ass out of bed to get ready for work?

 

This shot is all about that and the feeling you get as you're desperately trying to brush your teeth, gel your hair and tie a windsor knot in time to haul butt up the road to the bus stop. And you just know it's raining.

 

And all the while there's this image in your mind of the wonderful weekend that's just passed you by, and now it's mocking you, grinning like the smug git it is from inside the mirror and taunting you by mooching around in shorts and t-shirt while you're still trying to tie that damn windsor knot and wipe you shirt clean of the toothpaste you've just dribbled down it.

 

Does anyone else ever feel like this?
