Wedding Favour
Macros with a twist tonight - I've fiddled around in Photoshop for two reasons:
1. To get away from the white background theme that was developing in my shots . . .
2. I've finally found out how to use the layer mask thingy! Which means I don't have to struggle with the damn magnetic lasso selection tool anymore!
A couple of months ago my cousin in Scotland got married and my missus came away with the object you see above.
It's called a favour, and is meant for the womenfolk attending the wedding to take away with them. Thanks to my mum for that info.
This particular one was made by my Auntie Marion (who's also my Godmum) , she has quite a talent for making things like this.
