Sore & tired, but I'm back home
Kirby came back home this morning. His surgery for removal of bladder stones yesterday was a success. He's on pain meds & antibiotics for the next week and will have to monitored for swelling & discharge. He was really happy to see me at the vet's and rewarded me with a nice steady stream of urine when we got out of the door. That's my boy!
He's staying in the dalmatian room while he recovers so his heathen brothers don't bother him and he can recuperate in peace.
I'm super glad my sweet chocolate chip boy is home and that everything went well with his surgery! Thanks, Dr. King & everyone at the hospital who took care of him. A heartfelt thank you also to everyone at Flickr for their thoughts & prayers.
