Program for Academic Enrichment Grade 11
The Cambridge Creation Lab curriculum integrates interdisciplinary teaching and learning, enabling students to acquire the skills to address cross-disciplinary challenges, operate at the convergence of disciplines, and pursue research paths that challenge the limitations of specific fields. The fundamental aspect of the creative process is not just the final creative outcome but also a cohesive cognitive process that encompasses the formulation, exploration, and conceptualization of the creative inquiry. Through extensive project-based research at Cambridge Creation Lab, we have learned that in interdisciplinarity, similar to design, it is essential to adopt the concept of generating even superior solutions to the obstacles encountered in our fields of study or expertise.
Students enhance their fundamental reading, writing, and thinking abilities through our 11th-grade literature program, which focuses on subject-wise resource recommendations and training. Completing analysis and research papers on more significant works enhances their vocabulary and grammar, developing them into more contemplative and pragmatic readers and writers. Students are instructed in multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary study through practical tasks that involve constructing, testing, sketching, scaling, calculating, suspending, designing, choreographing, and engaging with diverse academic ideas. We will provide materials and guidance for competitive examinations, opportunities, standardized assessments, literature, and leadership strategies that may stimulate their intellectual interests.
