Guinea baboons' flexibility: weird grooming position
Guinea baboons spend lots of time grooming each other, as this behaviour is very important for the social health of the group.
This picture was taken in the wild in Niokolo-Koba National Park, Senegal, while accompanying the primatologists from the Centre de Recherche de Primatologie Simenti during one of their long-term behavioural data collection days. Many thanks to them and to the Cognitive Ethology Lab for having me there for a while.
