Inspirational Morning : Colmers Hill
A reminder for me of the beauty that surrounds us all; you just have to get up early, be in the right place with your camera and ready to shoot what the world wants to show you. Sometimes, its pure magic and makes you so glad you're there, alive and able to witness these spectacles of nature.....
A much needed boost this morning in the way of mists and fog. I hope you find it as inspirational as I did.
As I arrived the thick fog looked daunting, but as I walked up to the top of Quarr Hill, the trees of Colmers were just popping out of the blanket of fog to form the most wondrous sight. It was still early, about an hour before sunrise and the pre-dawn glow looked wonderful.
It turned out to be one of the best sessions for a long while as the fog and mists rolled across the surrounding valleys of the Marshwood Vale.
