Ossie Clark inspired
This was the dress that inspired Faye’s outfit. I decided to convert it into a top and skirt in my version for mix and match potential (I do love separates ). I also had to make the skirt longer because if I had made the skirt the sane length as the sleeves like the original, the skirt wouldn’t have covered Poppy’s lower half due to her short arms😅 My version does have the split to the waist front, pressed pleats and raglan sleeves of the original but I went for a simple gathered skirt for the bottom half rather than a wraparound. So in the end I departed quite a bit from the original but I still think it has that ‘Ossie’ vibe ☺️
