mailbox

Seeing this reminded me of the mailbox at the corner drugstore. This one was made in PA. Think of all the stories and tales that have passed through that box.

 

Taken with the Nikon FM with a 50mm series E lens. This was an accidental underexposure. I loaded up the camera with Ilford FP4 but shot it at ASA 400. Two stops under. Ooops.

 

My first attempt at push processing, I developed it in Xtol for 16min at 68F. Grain was okay, but the contrast was excessive.
