Kentia palm, Abutilons and succulents at sideyard

I love the lacey look of Howeia forsteriana in a garden, and they grow very easily in a north side of building such as this shared sideyard split between two lots. The lawn is a newly installed meadow of Carex pansa, surrounded by various succulents such as Aeonium canariense subplanum and Sedum confusum. Also in this shot are Abutilon 'Victor Reiter', Daphne odora marginata, Southern Highbush Blueberries and Erysimum linifolium variegata and Centradenia floribunda.
