With all the changes happening in my life lately comes a myriad of thoughts and feelings; some new and exciting, some old and terrifying. I've found myself in these unnamed woods more often lately, listening to the creek and the birds while I'm sorting out my heart and head on a small log that I've found and fashioned as a seat for the occasion.
There are deer in these woods, clearings of blooming flowers, and the closest thing to quiet I've found since moving back here.
While we don't have mountains like the ones I miss out west, you can still find little pockets where the divine chooses to show itself. This will be a regular spot while I sort out the answers I'm looking for.
