PH-MCU was delivered to Martinair in September 1996, and was one of totally seven of the type operated. Between 2003 and 2007, the aircraft was painted in a special 'Red Roses' livery.
As such it was captured accelerating on the Polderbaan (36L) while departing on another freight service, named 'Prinses Máxima', after then Princess Máxima who became Queen of the Netherlands in 2013.
After 20 years of flawless service, PH-MCU was retired in 2016 and parked at Victorville. Shortly after it was acquired by Federal Express, but never entered service. It was and still is used as a spares source at Victorville.
