MM - Bread for celiacs
I have celiac sprue, which means I can not eat anything made from wheat, rye, or barley. A lady at our local Saturday market bakes gluten-free every week. This is a bread based on oat flour and shows the crust and the crushed oats on the surface. Just recently she won several blue ribbons for her baking at the Cuyahoga County Fair.
