Walter Best Preserve - landscape panorama

Walter C. Best owned a major sand and stone processing operation, still working. On his land adjacent to his business he developed a 31 acre lake and marsh to provide habitat for local birds and support for migratory waterfowl. This is now affiliated with the local county park system and is available to the public. The above is a panorama of the lake.
