Rippersnapper is the Terrorcons resident thug, stating that the Autobots are an error he intends to correct.

Rippersnappers' alt-mode is armed with a pair of ground-to-air voice guided missile launchers, and in robot mode wields a cyclone gun. He combines with his fellow Terrorcons to form Abominus.
