Hooe Lake, a 14-hectare tidal site in southeast Plymouth near Radford Lake and Quarry, features mudflats and open water habitats. Privately owned yet publicly accessible, it is designated a County Wildlife Site due to its UK Biodiversity Action Plan priority mudflat habitat visible at low tide.
