The cable care takes you from the town of Rüdesheim to the Germania (Niederwald). The car travels over vineyards and gives you great views of the Rhine taking you to the bronze statue of 'Germania' symbolising the foundation of the German empire after the Franco-Prussian War of 1870/71.
