Tree trunk

Close up look at a cut down tree trunk, possibly infested with termites.

 

I got the Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 lens to test and found it to be pretty darn sharp. This image will prove it. One thing to note is I had to do manual focusing using the live screen, which is not a bad thing and actually gives you much more control and where you really want to focus.
