Safeguard and Child Protection Week 2024

The Lagos State Government, in collaboration with the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption (RoLAC) Programme, launched the 2024 Safeguarding and Child Protection Week to raise awareness about child abuse and promote children's rights. Themed “I Say No to Child Abuse”, the week-long campaign, spearheaded by the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA), which aims to empower children with knowledge of their rights while sensitising the public on the importance of safeguarding minors. The initiative features school outreaches, media engagements, and community dialogues.
