NEITI House Dialogue and Public Presentation of NEITI 2022 & 2023 Solid Minerals Industry Report

On October 30, 2024, the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption (RoLAC) Programme supported the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) to present its 2022/2023 Solid Minerals Industry Reports and convene the second edition of the NEITI House Dialogue.
The event aimed to provide updated insights into Nigeria’s solid minerals sector, focusing on transaction volumes, revenue generation, and identifying opportunities for national growth.
During the dialogue, civil society organizations (CSOs) and expert panellists engaged in interactive discussions on the findings of the reports. The sessions explored policy directions and offered recommendations for enhancing the management of the sector, particularly against the backdrop of the global shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources.
