Designing Your Path: Strategies for Advancing in the Academy

ASU faculty Vanessa Fonseca-Chavez and Emir Estrada led a workshop for Presidential Postdoctoral Fellows in Tenure Track Positions. Fonseca-Chavez and Estrada shared their unique experiences that helped them succeed, engaging scholars with exercises such as building professional networks and fostering long-term career success within academia.
