Committee for Campus Inclusion Catalyst Awards - March 18, 2025

The Committee for Campus Inclusion contributes to the university’s commitment to inclusive excellence. With over 30 volunteers, its four committees and Executive Committee work to elevate awareness of the many ways students, faculty, and staff demonstrate their shared commitment to inclusive excellence through their individual and group efforts. CCI recently held its Catalyst Awards recognizing individuals and groups who create opportunities to promote inclusion. Special guests included Nancy Gonzales, executive vice president and university provost, and Stanlie James. In 2021, the inaugural Stanlie James Legacy Award was introduced in celebration of the exemplary career and contributions of Stanlie James during her time within the Committee, her role as vice provost and beyond.
