Whiskey Bay Evening
After a rugged trip to Tasmania, I decided to stop on Victoria, Australia for some much needed R&R (read rest and regeneration). I choose to spend a few days at Whiskey Beach along the southeast coast of Australia. As a place to chill out, this beach was perfect. It is flanked by moody boulders and rugged rocks, and this little beach is a meeting place of golden sand and aqua blue water. With no set photography agenda, I spent time wandering the area in relaxing exploration or sitting in the sand watching the day go by. That time off allowed my imagination to recharge, and it started to generate images. As evening approached on the second day, this mental image appeared as a framed print hanging on my wall.
