The place where Lincoln was assassinated just over 160 years ago. Excellent museum to learn about Lincoln, the happenings of the Civil war, decisions he had to make, details of how the country navigated “the war with itself”, and how it mourned the loss of its progressive leader and dealt with the conspirators.
