Sports Minister Carál Ní Chuilín hosted a reception at Stormont on 24 April 2012 for members of the World Police and Fire Games Federation and representatives from Fairfax and Montreal - future host cities of the World Police and Fire Games. The World Police and Fire Games is a biennial event which sees members of Police, Prison and the Fire and Rescue Services compete in a range of sports.
Members of the Federation were in Northern Ireland to inspect the competition venues, and to set out the rules and regulations for the various sports.
