The British Underworld
Went over to Joe's garage a few days ago, and walked away with a bunch of new material. However, there were also some that were a wee bit odd, but maybe interesting...maybe? I've always said that photography is all about "seeing," and I still believe that, but maybe you can take seeing a little over the edge. And these three are, "maybe," good examples of that. Maybe it's just whimsy? The British Underworld shot is the under pinnings of an E Type Jaguar, and across the way, another Jaguar, but this an older XK120. And the "hard underbelly" of the Porsche is something I've never seen before, and it looks like it could float! Lastly, the blue sky and clouds are on the hood of another Jaguar in Joe's shop, a later generation XK150. His shop has some windows going around the top, and that is what the Jag is reflecting. So, you either love reflections on cars, or hate them, and I fall mostly into the latter category. So, love them, or hate them, but enjoy! BTW, I did get some of my more typical shots, and I'll be putting some up over the next few days. As always, thanks for looking, faving, and commenting!
