Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, cité des bateliers, abrite le « JACQUES », remorqueur de 1904 propriété des Amis du Musée de la Batellerie. Vous pouvez le voir sur la Seine avec le « TRITON 25 » (un autre remorqueur) et un ponton-grue. Il était primitivement équipé d’une machine à vapeur de 150 ch. En 1959, le moteur à vapeur céda la place à deux moteurs diesel de 150 ch chacun. En 1996 les Amis du musée de la Batellerie le rachètent et le restaurent.
Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, a town of boatmen, is home to the “JACQUES,” a tugboat dating from 1904 owned by the Friends of the River Transport Museum. You can see it on the Seine alongside the “TRITON 25” (another tugboat) and a pontoon crane. It was originally equipped with a 150 hp steam engine. In 1959, the steam engine was replaced by two diesel engines, each with 150 hp. In 1996, the Friends of the River Transport Museum bought it and restored it.
