Just Love - From Portsmouth Ohio

Like most of the towns along the banks of the Ohio River, Portsmouth Ohio has seen some better days. Some areas could be called rough. Others, I guess could be called ready. A lot of the town just feels abandoned.

But on a small side street, a few blocks away from the river, I found what I considered a message of hope.
