In a Daydream
As an introvert, I often get accused by my family of daydreaming and being too quiet. They assume there’s something wrong with me if I choose not to engage in conversation. What they don’t know is that I’m using my time to think deeply about things that matter such as art and photography goals, song ideas, planning my weekly workouts, or ruminating on info I read in a book the day before. If that’s considered daydreaming then I’m guilty as charged. There is an excellent blog for introverts that I adore and I’ll paste a link to it below. It’s filled with articles on topics and advice we can identify with. In addition, their instagram handle is: Introvertdear — It has humorous memes that are spot on. Okay, and I also love this song below. It has a refreshing delay pedal applied to the opening guitar riff that really energizes the song. It’s perfect for a hike, roadtrip, or just getting your day started.
