An old searchlight intermediate signal stands silently in the night as the milky way and the ending wisps of an Aurora pass by.

we were out there to attempt to shoot the Aurora Australis but persistent cloud cover put an end to most of that. still managed to get some glow through the breaks though so all was not lost. until next time..
