At the heart of the Eldergrove forest, lie the Feralines.
These half-demon, half-protector creatures are masters of dark magic.
Beneath their fearsome appearance, the Feralines were bound by an ancient pact with the forest itself. They were born from the dark essence of twisted energy left behind by the fall of an ancient civilization that once sought to control the power of the forest. As a result, they had a deep, insatiable hunger for power and destruction, and also had a sacred duty to protect the forest and nature.
Their sorcery has a deep bond with the shadows, making them masters of deception and stealth.
Thanks to their deep black skin and the leaves/flowers on their bodies, they can blend into the forests to patrol and maintain order. Anyone who dares to enter the forest without being deemed "worthy" by them, can only expect death.
When a Feraline becomes angry, their eyes glow a bright ruby red, veins and runes begin to appear on their body. While in this state, their power is amplified over 10 times, making them a destructive force to be feared.
