Tireless Butcher Chef Slicing Pig Skin

This culinary meat master prepares all red and white meats by boiling them in differently flavored broths and adding additional flavors thereafter. I've posted images of the BBQ pitmaster and wok chef, so it's an impressive kitchen brigade, working in a small space with little room for a guy with a camera. For this shot, I'm hunkered down on an almost vertical and narrow and dark set of sticky stairs to a storage space atop the kitchen (and wishing I had my 28mm Q2). In addition to being skilled artisans, these chefs shuffle about in this cramped and slippery kitchen like ballet dancers.
