Today's Storms

My Writing: April 3, 2024

 

Today's storms will pass

They shall come

And, hover over us

Drenching us with their waters

 

But they shall pass

They will dry up

They will allow the sun to shine

And, then... all will be well

 

Do not give up on your hopes

Do not shatter your dreams

Inside of the storm

Is a beautiful thing

 

You see rain comes to bring forth

The beauty of tomorrow's bloom

And, I too shall bloom

Under today's storm
